CrawlPerfect Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Loud Interactive, LLC (“Loud,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you use an authorized website crawler and technical SEO inventory service.
Information this tool processes
- domains and URLs you submit
- retrieved HTML, headers, redirects, robots directives, canonicals, links, crawl status, and derived technical SEO findings
- Google account identity, OAuth tokens, selected Search Console property, and available page performance history
- crawl settings, consent choices, subscription state, job state, downloads, and operational logs
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, perform requested jobs, create and deliver outputs, support authorized integrations, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, maintain auditability, and improve reliability.
Search Console and optional consent
Read-only Search Console data is used to authorize the selected hostname and enrich the requesting user's private findings. Optional research consent permits only aggregated, de-identified product statistics. Optional marketing consent permits Loud to contact the user about CrawlPerfect and related SEO services. Declining either optional choice does not prevent the required crawl service.
Service providers
- Google for sign-in and read-only Search Console context
- Cloudflare for hosting, security, database services, and private artifact storage
- Stripe for subscription checkout and billing state
- Twilio SendGrid for service and completion email
Providers process information only to perform services for Loud and are governed by their own security and privacy commitments.
Publishing and customer data
This tool does not publish changes unless its interface expressly offers a publishing action and an authorized user deliberately invokes it. The tool is not designed to collect consumer payment information.
Retention and deletion
Customer download artifacts are retained for 30 days unless deleted sooner. Account, consent, subscription, security, and limited job records are retained while needed to provide, secure, support, and document the service. Users can delete crawl artifacts from the private dashboard and may request account deletion.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@loud.us. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, contracts, or law.
Security
We use access controls, scoped credentials, transport encryption, and operational monitoring appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
