De-Cannibalization Tool Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Loud Interactive, LLC (“Loud,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you use a Search Console keyword-overlap and consolidation planning tool.
Information this tool processes
- Google account email and OAuth authorization
- Search Console properties, URLs, queries, clicks, impressions, positions, and derived recommendations
- session, job, export, and operational data
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, perform requested jobs, create and deliver outputs, support authorized integrations, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, maintain auditability, and improve reliability.
Service providers
- Google for sign-in and Search Console
- Cloudflare for hosting, security, job execution, and database storage
- AI model providers when narrative recommendations are generated
Providers process information only to perform services for Loud and are governed by their own security and privacy commitments.
Publishing and customer data
This tool does not publish changes unless its interface expressly offers a publishing action and an authorized user deliberately invokes it. The tool is not designed to collect consumer payment information.
Retention and deletion
Search data, analyses, and session records are retained only as needed to provide the tool, support exports, troubleshoot, and secure the service.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@loud.us. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, contracts, or law.
Security
We use access controls, scoped credentials, transport encryption, and operational monitoring appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
