Flat-File De-Cannibalization Tool Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Loud Interactive, LLC (“Loud,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you use a keyword-overlap analysis service for user-supplied files.
Information this tool processes
- uploaded CSV or spreadsheet files containing URLs, queries, and performance fields
- derived clusters, recommendations, exports, session data, and job logs
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, perform requested jobs, create and deliver outputs, support authorized integrations, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, maintain auditability, and improve reliability.
Service providers
- Cloudflare for hosting, security, object storage, databases, and job execution
- AI model providers when recommendations are generated
Providers process information only to perform services for Loud and are governed by their own security and privacy commitments.
Publishing and customer data
This tool does not publish changes unless its interface expressly offers a publishing action and an authorized user deliberately invokes it. The tool is not designed to collect consumer payment information.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded files and derived outputs are retained as needed to process the job, provide downloads, support the user, and secure the service, then deleted when no longer needed.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@loud.us. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, contracts, or law.
Security
We use access controls, scoped credentials, transport encryption, and operational monitoring appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the tool changes. Material updates will be reflected by the date above. Questions may be sent to Loud Interactive, LLC, 220 W Huron Street, Chicago, IL 60654, hello@loud.us, (346) 800-4321.
