Multi-Domain De-Cannibalization Tool Terms of Service

These terms govern use of a cross-domain Search Console consolidation planning tool, operated by Loud Interactive, LLC.

Authorized use

You may use the tool only for websites, accounts, files, and systems you own or are authorized to access. You must comply with applicable law, platform terms, robots directives, contractual restrictions, and reasonable usage controls.

Your data and instructions

You retain ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant Loud the limited rights needed to retrieve, process, transform, store, and deliver that material as requested. You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs, permissions, URL scope, and instructions.

AI-assisted output

Outputs may be generated or evaluated with artificial intelligence. AI can be incomplete or wrong. You must review material before relying on or publishing it. Loud does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, accessibility compliance, schema eligibility, indexing, or acceptance by any platform.

Accounts and credentials

Keep credentials and authorized sessions secure. Do not share access outside your organization or attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, safeguards, or tool restrictions.

Third-party services

The tool may depend on third-party platforms identified in its Privacy Policy. Loud is not responsible for their outages, API changes, account decisions, or separate terms.

Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, platform compliance, or contractual requirements. Paid or client-specific services may also be governed by a signed agreement; that agreement controls if it conflicts with these online terms.

Disclaimer and limitation

The tool is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loud disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Loud’s aggregate liability under these online terms will not exceed amounts paid for the affected service during the three months preceding the claim, unless a signed agreement provides otherwise.

Governing law and contact

Illinois law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact Loud Interactive, LLC, 220 W Huron Street, Chicago, IL 60654, at hello@loud.us or (346) 800-4321.
