Information this tool processes
- URLs and navigation/link data supplied by you or retrieved from authorized pages
- Google account email, Search Console data, and Google Sheets authorization
- generated title attributes, reports, and job logs
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, perform requested jobs, create and deliver outputs, support authorized integrations, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, maintain auditability, and improve reliability.
Service providers
- Google for sign-in, Search Console, and Sheets
- Cloudflare for hosting and job execution
- AI model providers for generation and review
Providers process information only to perform services for Loud and are governed by their own security and privacy commitments.
Publishing and customer data
This tool does not publish changes unless its interface expressly offers a publishing action and an authorized user deliberately invokes it. The tool is not designed to collect consumer payment information.
Retention and deletion
Job inputs and outputs are retained as needed to deliver reports, support reruns, diagnose failures, and secure the service.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@loud.us. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, contracts, or law.
Security
We use access controls, scoped credentials, transport encryption, and operational monitoring appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
