PagePerfect for Shopify Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Loud Interactive, LLC (“Loud,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you use an AI-assisted Shopify product and collection SEO generation, review, and publishing system.
Information this tool processes
- Shopify store domain, offline Admin API token, granted scopes, and authorized product/collection/catalog content
- Google account email, Search Console performance data, and Sheets authorization
- submitted URL restrictions, generated content and schema, review Sheets, snapshots, change logs, and rollback records
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, perform requested jobs, create and deliver outputs, support authorized integrations, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, maintain auditability, and improve reliability.
Service providers
- Shopify for authorized catalog access and publishing
- Google for sign-in, Search Console, and Sheets
- Cloudflare, Vercel, and Supabase for hosting, processing, security, and storage
- AI model providers for content generation and evaluation
Providers process information only to perform services for Loud and are governed by their own security and privacy commitments.
Publishing and customer data
When a user explicitly enables publishing, the tool can modify authorized Shopify product and collection SEO fields. Scoped URL lists restrict eligible generation and publishing. Review Sheets and rollback records reduce risk but are not substitutes for independent backups.
Retention and deletion
Store authorization and operational records are retained while the app is connected or needed to support the service. Tokens and store records are removed following uninstall or a verified deletion request, subject to legal and security requirements.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@loud.us. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, contracts, or law.
Security
We use access controls, scoped credentials, transport encryption, and operational monitoring appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the tool changes. Material updates will be reflected by the date above. Questions may be sent to Loud Interactive, LLC, 220 W Huron Street, Chicago, IL 60654, hello@loud.us, (346) 800-4321.
